Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for all services provided by Trauma-Code. We strive to be fair and transparent, and we thank you for your understanding.

1. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require adequate notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Cancellations with More Than 24 Hours' Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund or can apply the credit to a future session.

• Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

• No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

 

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly at ruth@trauma-code.com or use the link provided in your confirmation email.

 

3. Service Satisfaction: The nature of energy healing work is subjective, and results can vary from person to person. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered. We are committed to providing the highest quality of service and support during your session.

 

4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Healing Begins Within.
