A Bit About Me

Welcome to my world of energetic modalities and natural supportive practices. If you’ve found your way here, I trust you’re being guided—not by a list of credentials, but by a readiness for your next step. Everything I share comes from my own journey - things I've learned, the choices I've made , and the tools that helped me come back to myself.

 

I grew up in an environment where I learned to take on roles and responsibilities that weren't truly mine. As I moved into adulthood and relationships, I continued those patterns, not out of choice, but out of habit and survival. For many years, I gave so much of myself to family, work, and what I thought I "should" be doing that I slowly lost touch with my own needs and identity.

Using tools like the Emotion Code and Body Code - modalities that I am certified in- along with natural supportive remedies, I began to release old patterns and reconnect with who I really am. These practices helped me find more clarity, ease, and a sense of being at home in myself again.

As I've gotten clearer about who I am, I've become more present in my daily life and more able to support others. I start most mornings with quiet time and reflection, which helps me stay grounded and listen to the guidance inside me. I've learned that while we can't always change what happens around us, we can change how we meet it.

My hope is that as you explore this space, you feel understood, supported and reminded that you don't have to navigate  everything alone. The tools  that helped me may support you in your own way, too.
