Integration in Stillness: Notes from Day 3
For the past few weeks, I’ve felt something lingering—not just around my waistline, but in the spaces where old emotions tend to hide. Despite eating healthy and staying active, the weight wouldn’t budge, and I began to notice a deeper pattern: I was holding on. Not just physically, but emotionally.
So I turned inward.
I muscle-tested myself and decided to begin one of my favorite protocols from Medical Medium’s Cleanse to Heal: a five-day mono cleanse. Simple and gentle, yet deeply restorative. My days have been filled with:
• 🍌 Bananas and papaya
• 🥬 Lettuce for extra minerals
• 🥥 Coconut water
• 🧃 Lemon Water and Celery juice each morning to start fresh
Now on day 3, things are shifting. The emotional detox has been intense—waves of restlessness at night, recurring thoughts, mental chatter that won’t quite let go. It’s as if my body and spirit are syncing up, deciding what’s finally ready to be released.
So today, I’m letting myself rest. Naps when I need them. Silence when it feels good. I begin each morning by energetically clearing what’s keeping me stuck, using the Body Code to release emotional baggage, toxins, and mental blocks. It’s a sacred reset.
I’ve also muscle-tested for support remedies—homeopathics, essential oils, and Bach flower remedies that speak to my system right now. Each feels like a whisper of encouragement, helping me feel safe enough to let go.
Integration isn’t linear. It’s layered, spiraled, and exquisitely personal. I’m learning that listening to my body’s wisdom is just as important as the protocols themselves. ✨
